Returns Policy:

 

The Purchaser must notify NZ Uniforms within 7 working days of any delivery discrepancies.

 

Where Product is ordered in error by the Purchaser, the Purchaser shall meet the cost of any return
freight, and shall be refunded or credited the full cost of the item, provided that the returned Product
is in merchantable condition. The Purchaser must obtain a Return Authority number from NZ Uniforms

before Product can be returned.

 

Where Product is supplied in error by NZ Uniforms, or if delivery is not to the location specified in
the purchase order, NZ Uniforms shall be liable for any costs incurred in replacing or re-delivering

the Product. The Purchaser must obtain a Return Authority number from NZ Uniforms before

Product can be returned.

 

Should the Purchaser order Product that is not an item of the Supplier's usual stock, the Purchaser

on seeking a refund or credit of the cost, shall meet the costs of returning the Product to the original
supplier. The Purchaser must obtain a Return Authority number from NZ Uniforms before Product
can be returned.

                    Track and trace post is required for sending items back for a refund / exchange
